Fall is coming, I can feel it in the air!

I was hoping to get a new coat this season. I pretty much never get new coats or jackets! My staple ones have held up so well, so I haven't needed to get a new one for awhile. But that definitely doesn't mean I haven't wanted one ha ha. This STYLEWE navy one is so very pretty! I love it's velvet-y fabric, it's super super soft and it it looks glamorous. It's a great weight too. It's kinda in-between, not too hot, not too cold. I would say it's better for fall than winter, unless you live somewhere with mild winters.

I feel like the above statement is something I hear often but if I'm being completely honest with myself, I don't always believe it. I've been finding myself be affected a lot lately by other peoples opinions of me, my work, what I create, etc. I wanted to share this thought with you guys:
It doesn't mater if you're never "discovered" and it doesn't matter if a lot of people love your work or they don't. Your value is still in you, regardless of what other people think. An opinion can't negate the talent that lives in you. It can't negate your work and your art. The value of something is already there whether anyone sees it/likes it or not. Stand with me and let's work hard to keep the negative opinions out of our heads. Let's believe in the worth of what we do whether we're standing alone or have a crowd of people behind us.
