A few weeks ago, Fred and I attended the second Ohio Creative Collective's Holiday Gift Release Party. We had such a good time last year that it became an event we looked forward to all year. It's so fun to see all of the local gifts that are out for the holiday season and to meet up with inspiring creatives in the area. I always leave feeling inspired!

I love reading gift guide posts. This year I've found some great inspiration for my holiday shopping from gift guides! I also think it's important to support local businesses, especially this time of year! There's a lot of talent and creativity in our area and I want to share some of my holiday finds with my fellow Ohioans and all my friends across the globe. Hopefully you'll be inspired in some way by my little gift guide. Whether you go pick up some of these items as a local, or you finally think of the perfect gift for someone left on your list. The guide includes a few of my favorites items from the Ohio Holiday Release Party. I think all of the items listed would make awesome gifts for anyone on your Christmas list and you might find a few things for your wishlist as well!
My Shop Local Gift Guide
For the bestie:
1. Spirit Infused Lollipop | $3.99
I think these little spirit infused lollipops are such a fun gift item! They'd be perfect as a little stocking stuffer or a gift topper. I know all of my friends would really love to get one of these. Also, they have adorable drink flavors. I gave my sister-in-law the Cranberry Margarita flavor this year!

2. Lumberjack Pot Holder | $12
I think these pot holders with different types of guys on them are such funny gift to give your besties! (Especially for the gal that has a type she's always crushes on) The lumberjack is my favorite and I feel like he's a festive option with all those pine trees in the background.

3. Jingle Ladies Dish Towel | $16.99
The minute I saw these dish towels, I immediately thought of my best friends! My 2 favorites are:
1. All My Jingle Ladies and 2. Sleigh My Name ... of course all of the ones that reference Beyonce. This would be such an adorable, festive little gift to dress up your friend's kitchen!

For the foodie/hostess:
1. The Cheesecake Girl Cheesecake | $40
The Cheesecake Girl has a lot of different options for cheesecake flavors and sizes! I would love to get a festive cheesecake for Christmas. I think it's a great gift option to give a family to enjoy or to give a treat loving person or couple! I've had the pumpkin cheesecake and let me tell ya, it's super delicious. The crust is salty-sweet and I love a bit of salt in my desserts.
2. Salsa Party Pack | $21
I think a salsa party pack is a great gift to bring to a holiday party, or to gift your host/hostess with. These salsas really are ridiculously good! I've tried some of the flavors and I know they'd be a big hit at our holiday gatherings.

This is like the ultimate holiday gift pack of appetizers and treats. Bleu & Fig has never disappointed with their food! I've enjoyed everything I've ever sampled there. I love the chai cookies and Fred really loves the brown sugar candied bacon. I think of my parents and my in-laws with this box! I think they'd really like to receive this over the holidays.

Fred and I have this print and we absolutely love it! It's such a perfect gift for someone who likes to travel or likes the wanderlust style!

I would personally love to have a key necklace of my favorite cities! I think this is a really unique gift to give someone of a city that holds special meaning to them. This would make the perfect gift for any DIY-er in your life! Just pick a design that they'd enjoy and you'd be giving them the experience of making it and having a piece of art that they love.

Ohio Holiday Gift Release Party 2017
The event was held at Bleu & Fig and their food never disappoints! I loved the chai cookies and Fred really liked the brown sugar candied bacon. I'm so glad that I got to connect with local vendors and I'm excited to announce that I will have a Shop Local Holiday giveaway on my Instagram page very soon!!!
