I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! I took a couple days off from blogging and from keeping up on social media. Every now and then, it's so nice to just focus on family and friends and enjoy the moment. Everyone needs a break from their everyday work to refresh and the holidays are a great time to do that. We've also been going through a lot here recently and I haven't felt the best to post as I normally do. I appreciate all of your prayers and good wishes. Your support means the world to me and it really turns around a bad day.
Oh & Happy December! It's my favorite month of the year because I love all of the festive, holiday activities and gatherings. The holiday spirit in the air is my absolute favorite thing about it! I love when people are jolly + generous and things are decorated + magical. What are you looking forward to this month?!
This is the outfit that I wore on Thanksgiving. I love love love this Stylewe dress! I usually don't wear stripes, but Fred really likes them so I try to incorporate them into my wardrobe every now and then. ;) It was easy with this dress though because I love the color scheme and the fun flow-y bell sleeves.

Dressember
I'm partaking in Dressember this year! If you haven't heard of Dressember, it's a way to change the world by wearing a dress! I wanted to do this last December, but I was too sick at the beginning of the month to keep up with it. This year, I'm committing to wearing a dress every single day of December to help fight human trafficking and to be a voice for our enslaved brothers and sisters around the world. I'm wanting to raise $200 this month and that would go towards the urgent needs of survivors of sex trafficking or labor trafficking. The urgent needs include hot meals, job training, therapy, and legal proceedings. I greatly appreciate any donation to this cause, no matter how small! Every cent counts.
Dressember is an organization that is dedicated to fighting human trafficking and equipping a community of advocates. They're fighting for the dignity and protection of all people.
