The temperatures have been rising over here in Ohio and I decided to put my popsicle molds to good use. Sometimes you just need to eat a popsicle in the park and channel your inner child! This is the perfect summer recipe for a coffee obsession and protein fix!

Coconut Coffee Protein Popsicles 

Needed: Popsicle mold, coffee, coconut milk, Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Plant Based Protein Powder (Vanilla)

1) Use a blender and mix together 8 to 10 oz of coffee and coconut milk mixed with 1 scoop of protein powder.  Play around with the ratio of the ingredients for your personal taste preference! 

(I doubled the recipe and made 6 popsicles)

2) Pour mixture into popsicle molds

3) Let freeze overnight 

& Enjoy!
