If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen me talking about Perfectly Imperfect Produce! I've received a couple of their boxes and I'm just in love with them!
Perfectly Imperfect Produce is a fresh produce delivery service, located here in Ohio. They rescue imperfect produce from local farms and wholesalers. This includes items that might be unique in size, shape, or color as well as surplus crop.
They're helping to end food waste in Ohio!
They also donate produce to people in need via The Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland with every box purchased!
So, how exactly does it work?
1) They source the produce
2) You choose the box size + frequency
3) They deliver it right to you home!
4) You enjoy the imperfect produce & turn them into beautiful, healthy meals!
How cool is that?!
I've been so incredibly happy with every single box that I've gotten from them! I found out through their website that the United States throws away 40% of the food they produce. That is way too much food and resources to be throwing away. We need to continue to find more ways to do our part in ending food waste. Perfectly Imperfect Produce gives us a way to take part in this mission and eat yummy foods while we're doing it!

Easy Blueberry Banana Smoothie Recipe:
Ingredients: 1 Banana, 1 cup Blueberries, 1 cup Coconut Milk, a Handful of Ice
