We are HUGE fall candle people around here, so we were ecstatic with this month's theme!
I already made the Cassia & Balsam Fir candle and I have the recipe down below for you guys.. just keep on scrollin' if you're looking for that!
Fred just bought us a double boiler and he couldn't have picked a better time! I'm always finding recipes that call for one, so Fred decided it was finally time to get us one. We love the scent of the Cassia & Balsam Fir candle that we made from this recipe box. It smells very festive and cozy, just perfect for autumn and winter! Who wouldn't want natural, non-toxic scents to get their home smelling like autumn?

Cassia & Balsam Fir Candle DIY
Ingredients: 1/2 cup (1.5 oz) Soy Wax, 1 Tbsp Beeswax, 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (solid), 30 drops Balsam Fir Essential Oil, 10 drops Cassia Essential Oil, 1 Wick, 2-3 oz Jar or similar container
Instructions:
1. Melt soy wax, beeswax, and coconut oil in a double boiler.
2. Once the mixture has just melted, remove from heat, add essential oils, and stir for 30 seconds.
3. Dip the bottom of the wick into the melted wax to adhere it to the bottom of the container. Prop wick upright, and pour the wax into the container.
4. Allow the candle to cool completely. Trim the wick to 1/4 inch in height.
Burn candle within sight and away from flammable objects, children, and pets.
