Today I wanted to share 4 easy, retro-chic hair ideas with you! I'm getting ready for the Mom Prom 2017, benefiting The Mother Ship Inc. and the theme is "Retro Prom". I think all 4 of these styles would be really cute for the Mom Prom event and I would also wear them for everyday!

They're an organization that supports the unique needs of parents with special needs children. The prom is September 15, 2017 at Worthington Hills Country Club in Columbus, Ohio, There will be dinner, dancing, a tacky dress contest and a silent auction. Grab your guy, or your best girls and get all dressed up for the evening!
Oh & you don't have to be a mom to attend the event! I'm not even a pup mama currently so come as you are ha ha!

1. Flower Crown
I'm not one to shy away from the flower crown. I really don't think it has to be solely for festival wear! I think it can be tastefully styled and it's a fun, whimsical accessory to add to your look. If you're a flower child at heart, throw on a floral crown and your retro look is complete!

All you do is put your headband/wrap on and tuck your hair up and under band to create a messy updo. You don't even have to bobby pin it if you have thinner hair like me, but I'd advise it so you don't have to worry about it coming loose!
